In addition to collecting the "hippie artifacts" featured in his Schiffer Publishing book of the same name, Dr. Moss's extensive Hawaiian shirt collection from the 1930's and 1940's was featured in the book Dressing for Paradise, and his collection was also on exhibit at the American Textile Museum in Massachusetts.
